Two balls, two putts, two different directions, same result

Bernd Ritthammer proved there is more than one way to hole a putt on a links green with this remarkable two-ball, two putt.
The German showcased his skills with the flatstick on the practice green at Portstewart during the Dubai Duty Free Irish Open as he holed two putts from 20 feet by taking two completely different routes.
Ritthammer sent his first ball way off the the left and waited for the contours to bring it back towards the target, while he sent his second putt on a more direct line as he aimed around a foot to the left of the cup.
And it was the second putt that won the impromptu race to the hole, dropping in the left side moments before Ritthammer's first ball meandered down the slope and also found its target.
Sadly for Ritthammer, his putting prowess did not help him in the actual tournament as rounds of 71 and 73 left him three shots outside the cut mark, although that was one better than tournament host and defending champion, Rory McIlroy.
