Henrik Stenson reflects on grabbing a one-shot lead heading in to the final round

Henrik Stenson will take a one-shot lead into the final round of the Wyndham Championship after a third round four-under 66.

The Swede suffered an up-and-down front nine which saw the former Open champion mix four birdies with one bogey and and a double bogey before he finished with four birdies over the final six holes to finish at 16-under-par.

Stenson's closest challengers are three Americans in Kevin Na, who enjoyed a five-under 65, Ollie Schniederjans, chasing his maiden PGA Tour victory, and former US Open champion Webb Simpson at Sedgefield Country Club.

Davis Love III is part of a group of players at 13-under following a third round of three-under 67 while Europeans Soren Kjeldsen and Shane Lowry both finished Saturday at 12-under following rounds of 66 and 67.

India's Anirban Lahiri and former American Ryder Cup player Hunter Mahan are a further shot behind at 11-under while countryman Ryan Armour, who shared the lead heading into Saturday with Simpson, fell backwards to the same mark with a two-over 72 which included four bogeys and a double bogey.

Jason Dufner and Ryan Moore are both at the 10-under mark while two-time major winner Retief Goosen is two shots further back after a fine five-under-par 65 from the South African.

Scotland's Russell Knox fired a disappointing one-over 71 to finish at seven-under while Kevin Kisner who led the PGA Championship at Quail Hollow for long spells last week carded a third successive sub-70 round to finish the day at six-under-par.

Padraig Harrington, a three-time major winner, endured a torrid third round of six-over 76 which sent him tumbling down the leaderboard to level par for the tournament through 54 holes.
