Scott Hend remains top of the leaderboard after three days of the Omega European Masters in Switzerland.
However, the Australian was unable to complete 54 holes after heavy fog curtailed play for around two and a half hours at Crans-sur-Sierre on Saturday.
When bad light ended play at 7.30pm local time, the 44-year-old held a two-shot lead in the Swiss Alps, but will have to play the last five holes of his third round on Sunday morning.
Hend currently stands at 11 under par, after making four bogies and two birdies in the 13 holes he covered on day three.
He had teed off with a one-stroke lead following rounds of 64 and 63 over the first couple of days.
His nearest challengers are Matthew Fitzpatrick, Fabrizio Zanotti and Darren Fichardt.
Englishman Fitzpatrick, who was runner-up in this tournament two years ago, is one-under for the day through 14 holes, while Zanotti and Fichardt are level and three-over respectively for 13 holes played.
The lowest completed round on Saturday belonged to Rikard Karlberg whose five-under-par 65 moved the Swede from joint-54th overnight into a tie-for-15th.
He currently stands five shots off the pace, while as many as 20 golfers will feel they still have a chance of taking the title on Sunday.
