The United States snatched an 11th consecutive Presidents Cup victory after a remarkable final-day fightback saw claim a stunning 17-13 win over the Internationals.
Brandt Snedeker's trailed by three points heading into the Sunday singles at Medinah, leaving Team USA requiring eight points from the final 12 matches to avoid a first defeat since 1998, but responded in spectacular fashion.
Cameron Young, Justin Thomas and Scottie Scheffler all delivered points early for Team USA, only for Tom Kim and Sungjae Im to register key wins to move the Internationals within three points of a first away win in the biennial contest.

Wins for Chris Gotterup, Patrick Cantlay and Collin Morikawa pushed the United States ahead, while Jackson Koivun's point - as Xander Schauffele already had a dormie half guaranteed against Ryan Fox - ended the Internationals' hopes of victory.
Jacob Bridgeman earned the point to guarantee Team USA would lift the trophy again, coming back from one down with three to play to defeat Min Woo Lee on the final hole, completing the biggest final-day comeback in Presidents Cup history and sparking wild celebrations.
Xander Schauffele beat Open champion Ryan Fox 2&1 to extend the winning margin, while Russell Henley's tied match with Nick Taylor left Team USA with a record 9.5 points from the singles session.
Team USA continue their record of winning every edition of the Presidents Cup since 2005, while a disappointing final day from Geoff Ogilvy's International Team extends their wait for an elusive second victory and first on American soil.
How Team USA snatched Presidents Cup thriller
Young delivered in the top match for Team USA, just as he did when sent out first at the Ryder Cup last September, as he recovered from falling two behind early against rookie Ryo Hisatsune to win three consecutive holes after the turn and take control.
The Players champion rolled in from 30 feet at the par-three 16th to close a 3&2 win and earn their first point, with Thomas following soon after winning five of the first six holes in his 5&3 victory over Corey Conners.
Kim fell behind early against Wyndham Clark but made three birdies in a four-hole stretch around the turn, with the Korean beating the US Open champion 3&2 to secure his fourth point of the week and offer hope to the Internationals.
Im also beat Sam Burns to leave Geoff Ogilvy's side closer to victory, but Scheffler quickly closed the advantage as the leaderboard turned increasingly red.
Scheffler never trailed against Nico Echavarria and raced into a four-hole advantage, only to be left angered by a spectator yelling in his opponent's backswing at the par-four 14th.
The world No 1 generously conceded a 32-foot par for Echavarria, who chipped in from off the 16th green to extend the match until Scheffler completed victory to finish as the United States' joint-top scorer.
Gotterup edged a final-hole win over Christiaan Bezuidenhout and Cantlay holed an incredible 57-foot birdie at the 16th to help close out a 2&1 win over Adam Scott, levelling the contest with five matches on the course.
Morikawa capitalised on a final-hole bogey from Hideki Matsuyama to grab a 1up win, as Koivun - the only unbeaten American player this week - came back from two down to birdie three of his last seven holes and earn a 2up victory over Si Woo Kim.
Schauffele looked destined to secure the winning point but lost back-to-back holes late in his 2&1 win over Ryan Fox, allowing Bridgeman - on debut - to push Team USA to their winning target with his victory over Lee.
Snedeker proud of comeback win as Ogilvy praises Team USA
United States captain Brandt Snedeker:
"I think these guys never lost faith. I know what that team room is like. I told the guys last night that funny stuff happens here. Medinah has a history of funny things happening.
"Sure enough, they went out and played their a**** off today. I'm so damn proud of those guys. I cannot get over what Jackson Koivun did today. I put him in a really tough spot out there. We thought he could handle it and sure enough, he did.
"He went out there and looked like the stud we know he's going to be. So damn proud of Jacob Bridgeman getting his first point as a Presidents Cup rookie. All these guys fought for each other, fought for this country, fought for this team."
International Team captain Geoff Ogilvy:
"The United States team came out firing - we knew they would. The crowd came out, which is great for them. We had a couple matches go up 18 and it was sort of on a knife edge all day.
"Some of those one downs that we had out there, if they'd flipped to one up, the numbers look really good and who knows what momentum can give. But look, it's a very difficult thing to beat the United States in singles in the US.
"They started the day with a lot to do, they started getting a chance and they all played great. The golf that I saw today was of a pretty high level. Well done to Brandt's team."

The United States will be back in action next September when they take on Team Europe in the Ryder Cup, held at Adare Manor in Ireland from September 17-19. The next Presidents Cup will be held in 2028 at Kingston Heath Golf Club in Melbourne, Australia.
