How good was Rickie Fowler's winning hole at Sawgrass? Mark Roe explains

Rickie Fowler produced a stunning performance to capture last year's Players Championship, and here we take a look at his winning birdie - his third of the day at the feared 17th.
Just days after a magazine article claimed Fowler and Ian Poulter were the most over-rated players on the PGA Tour, the young American silenced the doubters with an amazing finish as he covered the final six holes in six under par to finish tied at the top with Kevin Kisner and Sergio Garcia.
In the event's first three-hole play-off, both Fowler and Kisner birdied 17 and parred 18 before heading back to the 17th tee without Garcia, who failed to find the birdie he needed to extend his involvement.
And having already knocked two wedges to within 10 feet of the cup on the infamous island green, Fowler took dead aim again and smote another precise blow - this time to just four feet.
Kisner's birdie putt missed the target and Fowler held his nerve to secure the biggest victory of his career, but little did he know that Sky Sports commentator Mark Roe was in close attendance.
