Dustin Johnson saved the best until last as he completed FedEx St Jude Classic victory in spectacular style in Memphis.
Johnson returned to the top of the world rankings after a four-week absence thanks to a convincing six-shot victory at TPC Southwind, with the 33-year-old producing a moment of magic late in his final round.
The 2016 US Open champion started the day tied for the lead alongside playing partner Andrew Putnam but quickly established a two-shot lead, with Johnson's cushion up to four by the time he reached the par-four last.
After finding the middle of the fairway off the 18th tee, Johnson then attacked the flag with his second shot and saw his 170-yard effort take two short hops before dropping into the middle of the cup.
The hole-out eagle finish saw Johnson close out a four-under 66 and complete his 18th PGA Tour victory, leaving the new world No 1 in perfect form heading into the US Open at Shinnecock Hills.
