Niall Horan pledges support to Team Europe ahead of Ryder Cup

Niall Horan explains why he loves the Ryder Cup and asks you to pledge your support for Team Europe

Niall Horan knows all about having to deal with pressure, so the golf enthusiast can appreciate the emotions Europe's players will be going through during the Ryder Cup.

The 23-year-old has performed in front of huge crowds during his time with One Direction, while the Irishman has also experienced the nerves of playing golf in front of a large audience.

Horan is a keen golfer who has appeared in Pro-Am events at the Irish Open and the BMW Championship in recent months, as well as famously caddying for compatriot Rory McIlroy in the annual par-3 contest ahead of the 2015 Masters.

The chart-topper is relishing this month's Ryder Cup contest and has hailed the "incredible spirit" which has seen Europe win the "extra special" biannual event on the last three occasions.

Niall Horan is supporting Team Europe at Hazeltine next week, and he is urging you to pledge your support for Darren Clarke's side for an event which he feels is "like no other".
