We continue our countdown to Royal Birkdale with a memorable moment from last year's Open Zone, when we saw Miguel Angel Jimenez demonstrate his famous warm-up routine with Di Dougherty.

The veteran Spaniard showed off the tricks that have been the key to his longevity at Royal Troon, as he went through his full pre-round ritual to keep himself flexible.

Jimenez finished tied for 18th in last year's Open, a great result after a failure to make it to the weekend at a Major on each occasion since his fourth-placed finish at The Masters in 2014.

The stretching has also helped him maintain his dancing ability up until the age of 53, as he has kept crowds entertained worldwide with his famous moves for decades.
