Jamie Carragher visited the Rotunda Gym in Liverpool with Soccer AM to help Evertonian Tony Bellew prepare for his fight with David Haye.
The heavyweight clash at the O2, live on Sky Sports Box Office, is one of the biggest fights in the careers of both boxers.
Bellew, a die-hard Everton fan who holds the WBC cruiserweight belt, is stepping up a division to share the ring with Haye.
He spoke to Liverpool legend Carragher about the preparation required to make the jump, including a 16-week camp and sparring sessions with Dereck Chisora.
