Lawrence Okolie gives an insight to the mental state of Anthony Joshua ahead of his fight with Joseph Parker

Anthony Joshua is intent on putting on a good show instead of focusing on Joseph Parker, says Matchroom stablemate Lawrence Okolie.

Joshua will fight Parker on Saturday in Cardiff, live on Sky Sports Box Office, where they will unify the IBF, WBA and WBO heavyweight titles.

Joshua's promoter Eddie Hearn said the 28-year-old feels the weight of expectation on his shoulders ahead of the fight.

Speaking on Sky Sports News, Joshua's Matchroom stablemate Okolie said: "He's looking completely relaxed, in social circles he's relaxed - you wouldn't think he has a big fight coming up.

"But when it comes to training he keeps it serious, when I try to make a joke in training, he will say no it's training time, so I think he is very focused.

"The main thing about this fight is he is focused on performance as opposed to the opponent.

"Once you are focused on performance I think your performance will spike, so I am expecting a clean performance."
