Tiffany Porter wins 100m hurdles at the Great CityGames in Newcastle

Tiffany Porter was the star of the show for Great Britain at the Great CityGames in Newcastle after winning the women's 100m hurdles.
The Commonwealth silver medallist finished ahead of the United States' Jasmin Stowers, Germany's Cindy Roleder and British team-mate Serita Solomin with a time of 12.77 seconds.
But there was disappointment for Greg Rutherford, as the Olympic, World, Commonwealth and European champion was forced to pull out of the long jump. South Africa's Rushwal Samaai won the event with a distance of 7.97m.
It was a disappointing day too for Jo Pavey, who finished fifth in the women's two miles race with a time of 10 minutes 7 seconds. Commonwealth gold medallist Mercy Cherono won with a time of 9 minutes 48 seconds, while 19-year-old Bobby Clay was the highest-placed Briton in fourth.
Holland's Dafne Schippers continued her good form as she won the women's 100m with a time of 11.01.
Fresh from winning gold in the 200m at the World Championships in Beijing, Schippers saw off competition from Rosangela Santos and Britain's Desiree Henry.
USA's Michael Rodgers won the men's 100m, beating GB's Chijindu Ujah into second place with a time of 10.11.
