Track Cycling World Cup: Elinor Barker wins bronze in London points race

Elinor Barker claimed bronze for Great Britain in the women's points race at the Track Cycling World Cup in London.
Barker scored 27 points in the 80-lap race, one of seven riders who made a lap during the contest which was won by reigning champion Amy Cure of Australia.
Cure consistently finished in the points on the sprint laps and her 34-point total was enough to deny Canada's Jasmin Glaesser, who won the closing sprint to secure silver medal spot.
Barker tried a late attack, and was on the front with two laps to go, but she faded out of contention and had to settle for third place overall.
It was the second medal of the competition for Barker, who was part of Britain's victorious 4km team pursuit team on Friday.
She said: "I was feeling pretty tired today after doing three team pursuit rides in one day yesterday. I'm really happy. I didn't think I was going to get a medal in that."
Katie Archibald started the race well for Britain, and led after winning the first sprint, but she was never able to join an attack strong enough to lap the peloton - she finished 11th with six points.
Laura Trott is in pole position for a second gold medal of the weekend after holding on to the lead in the Omnium after three of the five events.
Trott has 118 points, two ahead of Dutch rival Kirsten Wild, after winning the 15km scratch race and the 3km individual pursuit and finishing second to Wild in an exciting elimination race.
Earlier, there was disappointment for Jess Varnish and Vicky Williamson in the women's sprint after they qualified in 11th and 12th places.
Williamson was eliminated by Olga Ismayilova of Azerbaijan in the first round and Varnish went out to China's Tianshi Zhong in the second - she had a chance to move further in the repechage but could only finish second behind Hong Kong's Lee Wai Sze.
