Dublin have announced former Mayo ladies football manager Frank Browne as the new boss of their senior camogie team, taking over from David Herity.
Herity enjoyed a successful two-year spell at the helm, helping the Sky Blues to the 2017 All-Ireland semi-final, but since left to take charge of the Kildare senior hurlers.
Browne led the Connacht side to the 2017 All-Ireland final against Dublin in ladies football, and has experience in the small ball having managed the Mayo senior hurlers.
The news was announced on Tuesday afternoon.
"The Dublin Camogie Board are delighted to announce the appointment of Frank Browne as the new senior camogie manager for 2019. Frank brings with him a proven track record with senior intercounty squads in both hurling & ladies football," a statement read.
"We wish Frank every success in his new role with our senior camogie team. Currently, Frank is putting together his Selectors and a full list will be released once finalised."
Dublin fell to a heavy defeat at the hands of Galway in the 2018 All-Ireland quarter-final.
