You can see a Sportswomen special programme LIVE from the Cardiff stopover of the Volvo Ocean Race.
Sky Sports News reporter Jane Dougall is joined by the only female skipper in the race, Dee Caffari - the first woman to sail single-handed and non-stop around the world in both directions.
We'll get a tour of the boat she's in charge of - Turn The Tide on Plastic, supported by Sky Ocean Rescue - and find out how the sailors cope with being at sea for eight gruelling months, and soak up the atmosphere in the Race Village as all the teams prepare for Leg 10 from Cardiff to Gothenburg.
Caffari and her crew are highlighting the damage caused by plastic pollution in the ocean and we'll also hear from an all-female team aiming to break a world record for rowing across the Pacific for the same cause.
