Sportswomen of the Year Awards to be held on Friday, live on Sky Sports

Sky Studios will stage the Sunday Times and Sky Sports Sportswomen of the Year Awards 2015 in association with Vitality this Friday night.
The awards presentation will be shown live on Sky Sports 1, and, for the first time, simultaneously on Sky 1, at 9.30pm.
Now in their 28th year, the awards recognise and celebrate the outstanding contribution to sport made by elite performers, coaches, administrators, community volunteers and inspirational women.
Previous winners of the coveted Sportswoman of the Year accolade include Sally Gunnell, Denise Lewis, Dame Kelly Holmes, Zara Phillips, Victoria Pendleton, Jessica Ennis-Hill, Christine Ohuruogu and Maggie Alphonsi.
Charlotte Dujardin, the Olympic and world dressage champion, was crowned the 2014 Sportswoman of the Year.
The seven award categories are:
Sunday Times & Sky Sports Sportswoman of the Year 2015 - the ultimate accolade for your favourite Sportswoman of 2015.
Nominees: Lizzie Armitstead, Rachel Atherton, Charlotte Dujardin, Jessica Ennis-Hill, Bianca Walkden and Lizzy Yarnold.
Vitality Team of the Year - celebrating the achievements of Britain's successful collective efforts.
Nominees: Chelsea Ladies, England football team, England Hockey team, rowing pair Helen Glover and Heather Stanning.
Young Sportswoman of the Year - nominees must have been 21 or younger on January 1, 2015.
Nominees: Dina Asher-Smith, Rachelle Booth, Ellie Downie, Siobhan-Marie O'Connor.
Disability Sportswoman of the Year Award - the outstanding figure within a disability sport.
Nominees: Tully Kearney, Dame Sarah Storey, Jordanne Whiley, Hannah Cockroft.
Community Award - for individuals who have actively engaged with different groups of women within their community through sport.
Nominees: Eddie Brocklesby, Liverpool Homeless Football Club, Wendy Russell, Kay Salter, Marnie Swindells.
The Helen Rollason Award for Inspiration - recognising inspirational endeavour in honour of the late sports presenter Helen Rollason.
Lifetime Achievement Award - recognising a lifetime of sporting success.
