Outlaw back in Notts to silence Sadollah
Dan Hardy is set to return to his hometown to face Amir Sadollah at UFC Nottingham on September 29th.
Hardy halted a four-fight losing streak with an impressive first round stoppage of Duane Ludwig at UFC 146 last month and is targeting a victory over Sadollah to re-establish his Welterweight title credentials.
The 28-year-old has not fought on home soil since defeat to Carlos Condit at UFC 120 in London and revealed on his Twitter page that he is ready for action.
He said: "I am officially looking forward to fighting in Nottingham against Amir Sadollah in September. Welcome to Outlaw country."
Former Ultimate Fighter winner Sadollah has struggled lately and despite winning his last bout against Jorge Lopez, has flattered to deceive and lost to Ludwig in his previous bout.
Sky Bet make Hardy
2/5 favourite to record back-to-back wins, with Sadollah 15/8 to upset the home favourite.
Elsewhere on the card, UK contender Jason Young will take on Robert Peralta, aiming to extend his run after breaking his winning duck against Eric Wisely at UFC Sweden earlier this year.
