Michael White beat Xiao Guodong with just six seconds remaining in their Snooker Shoot-Out match

Michael White won the Snooker Shoot-Out £32,000 prize after a thrilling win in the final over Xiao Guodong.

The competition ended in typically frenentic fashion as Guodong led 48-39 with 30 seconds left before missing the penultimate red.

White then thrillingly potted red, pink, red and black with just six seconds remaining on the clock to claim the winner's jackpot.

The Welshman beat Robert Milkins, Judd Trump, Tom Ford, Ben Woollaston and Kyren Wilson en route to the final.

At 23, he is now the youngest player in the world's top 32.
