Triple H retained the WWE World Heavyweight Title with a hard-fought victory over Dean Ambrose at Roadblock on Saturday night.

The Game pinned The Lunatic Fringe following a Pedigree to remain on course for a showdown with Ambrose's close friend Roman Reigns at WrestleMania 32, live on Sky Sports Box Office on Sunday, April 3.

Triple H was given a stern test by Ambrose in Toronto but when the fan favourite tumbled through the announce desk after a mistimed elbow drop, the champion pounced.

Ambrose's valiant display, though, should give him confidence ahead of his impending No Holds Barred Street Fight with Brock Lesnar at WrestleMania.

Lesnar warmed-up for that bout with victory over The Wyatt Family's Luke Harper and Bray Wyatt at Roadblock, though the match was principally a singles tussle with Wyatt watching from the outside as Harper was peppered with suplexes and an F5.

Local girl Natalya saw her hopes of claiming the Divas Championship dashed when Ric Flair interfered in her match with his daughter, Charlotte.

Natalya locked in the Sharpshooter on Charlotte but when Flair jumped onto the ring apron, the challenger tried to dispatch him and was promptly rolled up by the champion.

The New Day retained the WWE Tag Team Titles by beating The League of Nations' Sheamus and King Barrett, while The Revival remain NXT Tag Team Champions after seeing off Enzo Amore and Colin Cassady.

Plus, Winnipeg-born Chris Jericho made derogatory remarks about Canada before defeating The Real American, Jack Swagger, with The Walls of Chris Jericho, while Montreal native Sami Zayn caused the crowd to erupt by overcoming Stardust with a Helluva Kick.
