Donovan Mitchell beat the buzzer with a halfcourt heave at the end of the first quarter of the Utah Jazz's 122-113 loss to the Oklahoma City Thunder.
With the Jazz trailing 30-19 and time ticking down at the end of the first period, Mitchell found himself dribbling towards midcourt.
Mitchell had no passing options so with 0.3 seconds left launched a high arcing shot from just inside his own half towards Spurs basket.
The buzzer sounded as Mitchell's desperate heave swished through the Spurs' net to reduce the Jazz's deficit to eight.
