It was a clash between two MVP candidates on Saturday as Paul George and James Harden went head-to-head in Houston.
It did not disappoint. The two of them combined for 87 points, but it was George who came out on top with 45 of his own to lead a brilliant comeback that saw Oklahoma City Thunder rally back from 26 points down to claim a 117-112 win over the Rockets.
George added 11 rebounds to his tally and torched the Houston defence with six three-pointers while going 15-for-18 from the free-throw line.

- Points: James Harden - 42

Indeed, it was his four free throws in the final four seconds that sealed the win after Russell Westbrook had given them a 113-112 lead with 26 seconds left.
So while Harden stretched his 30-plus streak to 29 games, it was George who took the spotlight on Saturday.
