Take a trip down All-Star memory lane as we relive some of the highlight moments of All-Star games of the past.
From Julius Erving winning MVP in the first All-Star game following the ABA-NBA merger in 1977, to Russell Westbrook setting the record for the most points in a half with 27 at Madison Square Garden in 2015, and all that came between.
1988 saw Michael Jordan win the first of his three career All-Star Game MVP awards, an achievement bettered only by Bob Pettit and Kobe Bryant (4), who won his first in 2002.
Meanwhile, we remember Magic Johnson's emotional return to the NBA in 1992 and Jordan's efforts in 1997, when he became the first player to record a triple-double in All-Star Game history.
Jordan would play in his final All-Star Game in 2003 and two years later, LeBron James made his debut in the event alongside Dwyane Wade, who would claim the MVP in 2010 in front of 108,713 fans at Cowboys Stadium - the largest crowd to ever watch a basketball game.
