Jade Clarke's decision to join Adelaide Thunderbirds from Loughborough Lightning has sparked fresh debate about player recruitment.
The former England captain will link up with the ANZ Championship side ahead of their 2016 season, which starts in April, meaning she will only be available for another three games of Loughborough's campaign.
