Pamela Cookey previews Severn Stars v Wasps

Severn Stars director of netball Pamela Cookey previews her side's match against Wasps, live on Sky Sports Mix from 5.45pm on Monday.

There is no rest for the stars of Superleague as the action continues with a full Bank Holiday Monday programme as the race for the top four continues.

But the Sky Sports focus is on the top of the table as Wasps aim to keep up the chase to end the regular season top of the standings and their next test is against the Severn Stars at the Ricoh Arena.

We caught up with Stars director of netball Cookey to look ahead to the game as the Stars aim for a win against an in-form Wasps side who are chasing down the league-leading Loughborough Lightning.

Wasps won at the weekend to close to within three points of top spot while Stars are looking to bounce back from defeat to Team Bath on Friday night.

Loughborough face a tough trip to Glasgow to face a Sirens team who must win to keep alive their faint play-off hopes.
