Wasps Netball have announced the return of their Superleague winning captain Hannah Reid and defensive dynamo Sam May for the 2018 season.
The defensive duo join Jade Clarke, George Fisher, Amy Flanagan, Sophia Candappa and Josie Huckle as confirmed players for the 2018 Superleague squad.
Wasps Director of Netball Tamsin Greenway said: "Our main priority in the off-season has been to bring back the players who led us to the title last season, so I'm delighted to have Hannah Reid and Sam May with us again for 2018.
"They are two of the very best defensive players in the league and have proved time and time again that they can disrupt the league's best shooters on any given night.
"Hannah Reid is a born leader out there on the court, last season she led our team by example and helped some of our younger players to build that all important winning mentality.
"Sam May is one of those non-stop players that every team would love to have - she was top 10 in the league for intercepts last season and I'm excited to see what she can do in 2018.
"We're confident that we can mount a title challenge again in the upcoming season, our squad is already looking very strong and we are expecting to make more top quality additions ahead of the season."
