After her starring role at Super 10 on opening weekend Strathclyde Sirens' shooting superstar Cat Tuivaiti joined Tamsin Greenway on court for a shooting circle masterclass.

With the Quad Series underway, Cat joined the Sky Sports commentary team for Sunday's opening weekend of action and we couldn't down the chance to pick up a few hints and tips after the display that got everyone talking at the Birmingham Arena.

Strathclyde Sirens' Cat Tuivaiti was in flamboyant mood as she reeled off a host of tricks in their Netball Superleague game.

Tuivaiti showcased all the no-look passes, over the shoulder showboats and trademark long bombs in the Sirens victory over Surrey Storm, so we needed to know just how she does it and sent our Sky Sports expert Tamsin Greenway along to find out.
