Loughborough Lightning continued their winning momentum in the Vitality Netball Superleague with another comeback win against Saracens Mavericks on Saturday.

Mavs were leading 12-11 and 25-22 by half-time before the home side pulled it back 40-40 by the end of the third quarter, setting up a dramatic last 10 minutes.

Locked at 43-43, Lightning stepped up a gear with six minutes on the clock as Ugandan shooter Mary Cholhok made Mavs pay with a series of vital goals to help Loughborough to a 54-49 victory in the end.

In the day's other game, Severn Stars staged an incredible comeback of their own in the final quarter to win 53-52 in a nail-biter against Celtic Dragons.
