Dan Ryan is leaving his role as assistant coach at Manchester Thunder after the side finished the 2019 Vitality Netball Superleague season as champions.
Ryan, who is currently preparing Northern Ireland for the Vitality Netball World Cup in July, departs the franchise after a second spell there.
In May, Thunder claimed their first Superleague title since 2014 with a sensational 57-52 victory over Wasps, and speaking about his departure on social media, Ryan said that winning the title was "the perfect way to finish".
"Dan will always be part of the Thunder family from his time as head coach and the past season being part of the amazing team who became the Vitality Netball Superleague Champions," said Thunder's managing director Debbie Hallas.
"We'd like to thank him for his hard work and input, wish him all the best with Northern Ireland in the World Cup and for his work in the future."
Alongside leading Northern Ireland in Liverpool, Ryan will be part of Sky Sports' presentation team for this summer's tournament, which takes place from July 12-21.
Northern Ireland will face Ryan's native Australia in their opening match before meeting Sri Lanka and Zimbabwe in the Preliminaries Stage One.
"I'm really enjoying working with the group and seeing them develop every single week," said the head coach recently to Sky Sports News.
"I've tried to instil a real winners' mindset and an inspirational approach to the group. We want to be better than eighth, we want to get to seventh, we want to break into sixth and fifth.
"It's one step at a time - whether we've had enough time together to really make those giant leaps, I'm not sure? But, we'll be making sure that we get out there for every game and present ourselves really well."
All three international outfits will eagerly be taking in each other's clashes with the Superleague champions, and Thunder will look to make sure that all are warmed-up to the level that they need to be so close to the sport's pinnacle tournament.
