Terms & Conditions

1. The prize consists of two hospitality tickets (Leeds United) to the game against Huddersfield Town FC on Saturday 20th September 2014, for two winners. Hospitality includes a three course meal and coffee at 12:00; drinks are chargeable and will be available at a cash bar. Kick off is at 15:00.

2. The package does not include travel to or from the ground.

3. Entrants must be aged 18 years old or over, however, attendees can be aged 13 or over provided they are accompanied by an adult.  There is a dress code for the hospitality portion of the prize so attendees must be smartly dressed (strictly no jeans, trainers or football shirts, ties are not required however smart blazer/suit jacket is advised)

4. Fans are reminded that tickets are in the Leeds United corporate and hospitality seats and amongst home supporters. Please be aware that any vocal or visual support for the opposition will result in ejection from the Stadium without compensation.

5.  Entrants are reminded that tickets are issued subject to Leeds United Football Club Regulations and the Conditions of Entry relevant to those tickets.     

6. The competition is open to residents of the UK aged 18 or over and must not be employees of Hatch Communications or LeasePlan UK Limited of 165 Bath Road, Slough, SL1 4AA (the "Promoter"), their families, agents or anyone else professionally associated with the draw. Only one entry is permitted per person and this prize is not transferable by the winner.
 

7. No cash alternative will be offered.
 

8. The competition closes on 14th September  at 11.59pm and the winner will be randomly drawn. Full details will be provided to the winners over telephone and email.
 

9. The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw this prize and replace it with an alternative or to amend these terms and conditions.
 

10. The promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
 

11. All entrants must be willing to participate in publicity should they be a winner.
 

12. We reserve the right at any time to cancel, modify or supersede the competition if, in our sole discretion, the competition is not capable of being conducted as specified in the competition rules.

This promotion and any dispute or claim in connection with it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and Wales and by entering this competition you irrevocably agree that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute.
