Two-goal burst inspires fightback

Alex Danson continued her fine form as Great Britain came from behind to beat the United States 4-1 in San Diego. For the second Test on the bounce, the US took the lead - with Michelle Kasold netting after 10 minutes, but Danson levelled a minute later. Katie Long scored her first goal for Britain in the 41st minute, before Danson, who scored a hat-trick in the first Test, added her second six minutes later and Chloe Rogers rounded off the scoring in the 55th minute. The result means Britain now hold an unassailable 3-0 lead in their five-Test series. GB head coach Danny Kerry said: "The USA came at us out of the blocks fast and we were too slow and complacent. "We were lucky to score how we did to keep it tight at half time but in the second half we played well to instruction and created good opportunities. With the opportunities we created we could have scored more."
