Algeria's Abdellatif Baka timed his finish to perfection to snatch gold in the T13 800 metres at the Olympic Stadium on Day 10 of the London 2012 Paralympics.
The 18-year-old, who is visually impaired, came through on the inside with a matter of metres to go to claim the title and set new Paralympic record.
The race had looked set to be a battle between Kenya's David Korir and Moroccan Abdelillah Mame, but as they ran out of steam at the death, Baka swept past to win in one minute 53.01 seconds.
Korir took silver, 0.15secs adrift, with Mame having to settle for bronze.
