Vics Canvas campaign mapped around Aintree Grand National

Grand National third Vics Canvas will have his whole campaign geared around a return to Aintree.
Trainer Dermot McLoughlin feels the veteran is around two or three weeks away from a run but where that might be is still to be discussed.
Veteran chases in Britain are a likely option for the 13-year-old.
"He's in good form but I'm not sure where he'll start off, it will be two or three weeks yet I'd imagine," said McLoughlin.
"We're half thinking the veterans races might be the way to go with him. He's rated 145 but he isn't built to carry big weights, he's only small.
"We're aiming to go back to Liverpool so hurdling is a possibility, too, we all need to have a chat.
"He'd certainly be ready for a race like the Becher, so that's another possibility.
"I think the veterans' races are the right way to go but we'll see."
