Chantilly an option for Belardo

Belardo could head to France for his next start after being forced to miss Royal Ascot.
Roger Varian's Dewhurst winner was declared for the St James's Palace Stakes but taken out on raceday due to unsuitably fast ground.
Having beaten only one home on his reappearance in the Greenham Stakes at Newbury, the Lope De Vega colt showed much more in the Irish 2,000 Guineas, finishing less than two lengths in arrears of Gleneagles in fourth.
Varian said: "He's in great form, the ground was far too quick for him at Ascot. He's a very nice horse and we need to look after him.
"His next race could be the Prix Jean Prat (at Chantilly) on July 12."
