Bachasson a name to note after Sligo success

Bachasson looked a name to remember for the business end of the jumps season as he made a winning start for Willie Mullins in the Pet Stop Maiden Hurdle at Sligo.
The French import, successful in two bumpers in his native land, was sent off at 4/11 in the hands of Ruby Walsh and never looked likely to give odds-on backers a scare.
Running in the colours of Un De Sceaux's owner Edward O'Connell, the favourite hit the front three out and was eased when well clear going to the last, eventually scoring by six and a half lengths from Free Scorpion.
Walsh said: "His jumping was reasonable and he travelled nicely.
"His bumper form suggested he was up to winning a maiden and he should improve from the run. I'd say he has a fair engine."
