Lumiere will remain in the care of Middleham trainer Mark Johnston for a potential Classic campaign next season.
Many of Johnston's sharp Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed Al Maktoum-owned youngsters are transferred to the Godolphin operation for their three-year-old career.
The two-year-old filly is prominent in the betting for the 1000 Guineas after she won so well in the Cheveley Park Stakes at Newmarket last month, but she will stay with the North Yorkshire handler.
John Ferguson, Sheikh Mohammed's racing advisor, told the Daily Mail: "We are not transferring horses like we used to do and Mark is a Godolphin trainer now."
