Connor Beasley out of luck on Wolverhampton riding return

Connor Beasley finished unplaced in two rides on his return to action at Wolverhampton following nine months on the sidelines.
Beasley, who rides mainly for Michael Dods, was left with life-threatening injuries in a fall at Dunstall Park last July.
He suffered a fractured skull and spine as well as damage to his neck when his mount Cumbrianna took what proved to be a fatal fall.
During his recuperation, three months of which were spent in a neck brace, the 21-year-old got married and has been riding out since January.
His first mount back came on Spirit Of Wedza in division one of the Dacia Wolverhampton Handicap for Julie Camacho, coming home well in fourth, not beaten far behind winner Misu Pete.
Beasley was then aboard City Of Night, also for Camacho, in division two, but was always towards the rear and was eventually last of the nine runners as Flying Fantasy took top honours.
Beasley has two booked rides at Redcar on Monday.
