Royal Ascot runner-up Bletchley heads a 14-strong entry for Friday's Duchess of Cambridge Stakes at Newmarket.

Successful on her racecourse debut at Nottingham, Ralph Beckett's filly was beaten just a short head by Brave Anna in the Albany Stakes at the showpiece meeting in Berkshire.

Mark Johnston has three possible representatives. The Middleham maestro has given the Group Two option to Newmarket victor and Albany Stakes sixth Kilmah, Ayr and Haydock scorer Miss Infinity and dual winner Sea Of Snow.

Asidious Alexander is an interesting contender for fledgling trainer Simon Crisford having impressed on her Doncaster debut.

The Richard Hannon stable has won this prize five times and has a couple of bullets to fire with Empress Stakes winner Nations Alexander joined by stable companion Somebody To Love.

Aidan O'Brien has entered How, who is declared to run at Naas on Sunday, as well as recent Group Three scorer Roly Poly.

The other potential challenger from Ireland is Michael O'Callaghan's Magical Fire, while David Simcock could call on a couple of first-time-out winners in Pellucid, successful at Thirsk, and Yarmouth winner Soul Silver.
