A round-up of the rest of the action from Newmarket where Dancing Star made it three wins from four starts this season.

Attentions may now be turned to an outing in the Qatar Stewards' Cup at Glorious Goodwood for Dancing Star following her victory in the Betfred Mobile Heritage Handicap at Newmarket.

After being chinned on the line in a similar contest at York last month the Andrew Balding-trained three-year-old made amends when staying on strongly to make it three wins from four starts this season.

Ridden just behind the early pace which was cut out by A Momentofmadness, it looked as though the daughter of Aqlaam was going to have to settle for a place at best again as Bounce and Priceless moved on inside the final quarter-mile of the six furlong event.

Demonstrating the sort of attitude that has been key to her progressive profile, the 7/1 shot went into overdrive coming up the hill to pass the post three-quarters of a length clear of Priceless with the same gap back to Bounce in third.

Magical Memory won this race 12 months ago on the way to glory in the Goodwood feature.

Balding said: "We were beaten by a good horse at York. We looked like winning, but were mugged on the line.
