This afternoon's meeting at Kelso goes ahead after the track passed a morning inspection.
Officials called an 0800 GMT precautionary check due to the threat of frost but were able to give the meeting the go-ahead shortly before the planned inspection.
Clerk of the course Anthea Morshead tweeted: "Inspection passed at Kelso Racecourse. Racing goes ahead."
The meetings forms part of a big day of action which includes the Hatton's Grace Hurdle at Fairyhouse and the Peterborough Chase at Huntingdon.
