He will be suspended from November 7 to 11, November 13 to 18 and November 20 to 24.
David Allan and Sam James were also penalised for winning rides on Champions Day.
Allan picked up an eight-day ban for going one above the permitted level on Champions Sprint winner Art Power and will be banned on November 4, November 6 to 11 and November 13.
James has been referred to the British Horseracing Authority's (BHA) judicial panel after picking up his fifth suspension in the previous six months for his ride on Champions Fillies & Mares winner Poptronic.
