Leading lightweight suffers injury at Catterick
Duran Fentiman faces six weeks on the sidelines after braking his collarbone in a fall at Catterick on Saturday. The lightweight rider sustained the injury when his mount Shotley Mac stumbled leaving the stalls in a seven furlong handicap won by Piceno. "He will probably be out for six weeks and I suppose it's the right end of the season, but it's still a blow to him," said his agent Alan Harrison. "He's had a great season, but that good horse (Body And Soul) he's won those two big sales races on runs in France in a fortnight. "He's going to miss that but he's had plenty out of it this year." Fentiman has had 29 winners this year, the highlight being his victories on the Tim Easterby-trained Body And Soul in the Weatherbys Super Sprint at Newbury and the totepool.com Two-Year-Old Trophy at Redcar.Click here for a completely free £10 bet with Sky Bet
