A review of the rest of Easter Saturday's action at Kempton as Peacock entered the frame for the QIPCO 2000 Guineas.

Peacock could be aimed at a 2000 Guineas trial by Richard Hannon after making light work of his rivals in the Betfred Racing Follow Us On Twitter Conditions Stakes.

Appearing to appreciate the step up to a mile, the 5/6 favourite, sporting the silks of the Queen, quickly put the race to bed when given an inch of rein by Richard Hughes to win by a comfortable two and three-quarter lengths.

Hannon said: "He was a nice horse last year and he was unlucky in the mile Listed race at Doncaster. That race will bring him on an awful lot.

"We will look at the Greenham, maybe the Craven, but the feeling is that he is more suited to a mile."

Very Special lived up to her name when showing a smart turn of foot to take the Betfred Supports Jack Berry House Conditions Stakes.

The 4/9 favourite made her seasonal reappearance a successful one when sailing past Teosroyal inside the final furlong of the mile contest before winning going away by two lengths.

Winning trainer Saeed bin Suroor said: "She is a nice filly that I have always liked. When she was two she showed that bit of class.

"The break she has had over the winter has helped her a lot physically, but she is still a little bit weak and she will be a nice filly in the future.

"We will run her in a Listed race over a mile at York in May."

Jeremy Gask is not known for saddling first-time-out two-year-old winners, but the trainer did just that when Rosealee obliged in the Betfred TV/British Stallion Studs EBF Maiden Stakes.

Although green early on, the 16/1 chance warmed to the task in the hands of Freddie Tylicki to get up and deny Anwar by half a length.

Gask said: "She has just been so honest since we bought her. She has just wanted to please us right from the moment we started doing work with her. We don't make it a priority to get the two-year-olds going early, but if they are willing to go we won't stop them.

"She came here and galloped last week in a good time. I thought if she can finish like that she would be there or thereabouts."

Shane Gray is very much a jockey going places and the 20-year-old highlighted his skills in the saddle when driving home Realize (14/1) to a neck victory in the Betfred Racing's Biggest Supporter Handicap.

Gray said: "When he wins his races he doesn't win them by far, but he is a tough horse who always tries his heart out.

"We thought he would stay a mile and it is a good training performance by Kevin Ryan."

Speculative Bid (4/1) followed up a recent course and distance victory with a narrow success in the Betfred Home Of The Goals Handicap.

Responding to a full-on drive from Jamie Spencer, David Elsworth's charge got up on the line to foil long-time leader Outback Traveller by a head.

Spencer said: "They went a steady pace and Ryan Moore was in the best position to quicken from the front. My lad has done well to lay it down to him and get there on the line."

Ridgeway Storm took the Betfred Bonus Ball Bonanza Queen's Prize after a perfectly-timed ride from Tom Queally.

The Alan King-trained five-year-old moved powerfully to challenge two out and had a clear advantage by the time the furlong pole flashed by.

Long-time leader Lycidas was edged for second by Castilo Del Diablo, with the 5/1 winner having two lengths in hand.

Owner Henry Ponsonby said: "We'd laid him out for this for ages, but we didn't think we'd get in as he is only rated 82. It was his first time over two miles, but he loves kempton.

"He will go hurdling now, he's a lovely horse and if he carries on going forward he might be an Ascot Stakes horse."
