Michael Dobson scored four of his side's seven tries as Hull KR ended their six-match losing streak in style with a 39-22 triumph over Wigan.
Playing against his former club, Dobson crossed three times in the second half after his side went in 16-10 behind, and also added a drop goal as Rovers powered to victory.
They started brightly with Kirk Netherton going over from dummy half in the fourth minute after Jake Webster was held up on the line.
But Trent Barrett got Joel Tomkins away at the other end for the youngster to romp 40 metres and level the scores moments later.
George Carmont scored twice in the space of 10 minutes to give the visitors a clear advantage, but Rovers held their ground with Dobson notching the first of his tries in the 26th minute.
The second half began in similar vein with Pat Richards converting his own try in the opening minute for Wigan but another Dobson effort and Jon Steel's 52nd minute score levelled matters with Paul Cooke converting both tries.
Dobson completed his hat-trick shortly before the hour-mark with a kick through on the last tackle and Cooke's conversion put Rovers back into the lead for the first time since the fourth minute.
Dobson then added a drop goal in the 64th minute before bagging a fourth try 10 minutes later, with Cooke converting.
Rhys Lovegrove wrapped things up with an unconverted 78th-minute touchdown.
