Next up, Hull FC turned around a 22-point deficit to stun Widnes 33-22. Albert Kelly scored a cracker as he stepped into a gap and made a 50-metre sprint to score.

Salford recorded their first win at Wigan in 20 years, and their maiden triumph at the DW Stadium, with a convincing 31-16 victory on Friday. The Red Devils scored five tries with Greg Johnson's the pick of the bunch.

Huddersfield hosted Castleford on Friday and produced a cracking game that could have gone either way.

The Giants were clinging to a 21-20 lead against the 12-man Tigers when skipper Danny Brough became the second player to be sin-binned and the Tigers struck the decisive blow with Jesse Sene-Lefao's 75th-minute try.

Harvey Livett was the man of the match as Warrington fought back from 14-0 down to demolish St Helens 40-18. Livett had a fantastic game with ball in hand and with the boot. He also punished a Saints handling error by scooping up the ball at pace and sprinting over from halfway for a try.
