Salford Red Devils have signed Logan Tomkins for the rest of the season from fellow Super League side Wigan Warriors and Australian Olsi Krasniqi from Wynnham Manly-Seagulls.
Tomkins, younger brother of Joel and Sam, re-joins the Red Devils on loan after spending most of the 2014 season at the club, making 18 appearances.
The 22 year-old hooker joined Wigan’s academy set up in 2008 from local side Wigan St Pats and has made 47 first grade appearances for the Warriors since his debut in 2012.
Head coach Iestyn Harris said, ‘As a coach I’ve been working with Logan over a number of years.
"I know his qualities and I know he can work hard and do a great job for us for the rest of this season.
"Logan also knows the Red Devils well through his time here and I was pleased that without hesitation he was up for coming back to the club.
‘We will need players of Logan’s quality and the enthusiasm he has for the game over what will be a challenging last nine games."
Albanian born Krasniqi, 22, currently plays outside the NRL in Australia but spent four seasons in his home city with London Broncos, making 91 appearances before they were relegated to the Championship last year.
The young prop has also previously played for London Skolars and has made multiple appearances for England Academy U19s.
Red Devils chief executive Martin Vickers said, "When we were aware that someone of Olsi’s pedigree with all his Super League experience was available we wanted to get him on board.
"He’s desperate to earn a Super League place and we were struck by his enthusiasm and commitment to get on a plane and come to the Red Devils.
"We’re looking forward to what will be an exciting end of season and seeing what he can do."
