Widnes have signed former New Zealand international Aaron Heremaia on a two-year deal from next season.

The 31-year-old hooker or half-back will join the Vikings in October when his contract with Hull expires.

Hull announced on Thursday that they would not be offering Heremaia a new deal and the former New Zealand Warriors player is delighted to be staying in Super League.
