Harris brings in former Wales team-mate
New Crusaders head coach Iestyn Harris has brought in former Wales team-mate Barry Eaton to be his assistant.
Former Batley, Dewsbury and Widnes scrum-half Eaton has been the head coach of Championship outfit Keighley Cougars for the last four seasons.
He joins on a two-year deal and fills the vacancy left by former Huddersfield boss Jon Sharp, who was an assistant to Brian Noble at the Racecourse Ground last season.
"It has always been an ambition of mine to coach in Super League and I am thrilled to have that opportunity with Crusaders," Eaton said.
Harris believes Eaton will be a valuable member of the coaching staff at the Wrexham-based team.
"I am thrilled to have Barry on the Crusaders coaching staff. He was a class act on the field and he has proved to be a class act since moving into coaching," Harris said.
