Castleford winger Nick Youngquest will retire from professional rugby at the end of the season at the relatively young age of 28.
The Australian has been combining his rugby league career with modelling for the last two years, and is signed to the prestigious Nous Model Management in Los Angeles.
Youngquest, who joined the Tigers from Crusaders at the start of last season, announced his decision on Twitter.
Retire
He said: "I'm going to retire from professional rugby at the end of the season. It's been good while it lasted!
"I've had an unreal time playing rugby, met some great people and made life-long friends. So thanks to everyone for the memories!"
The former Cronulla and St George Illawarra player, who has run in 23 tries in his 31 appearances for Castleford, added: "Rugby league is a great sport and I'm so lucky to have experienced it the way I have".
