Scotland have announced their squad for the World Cup, with the Henderson trio included along with a crop of Australian-based stars.
Three brothers will spearhead Scotland's bid for World Cup glory.
Andrew Henderson, who plays for Castleford, is joined by brothers Kevin, the Wakefield centre or second rower, and former Bradford hooker Ian, now with New Zealand Warriors, in the Scots' initial 40-strong squad released on Friday.
The squad includes five other players based in Australia's National Rugby League - Keith Galloway (Wests Tigers), Michael Robertson (Manly Sea Eagles), Scott Logan (Canberra) and Chris and Nathan Armit (Canterbury Bulldogs) - and another 10 Super League players.
Coach Steve McCormack will trim his squad to 24 on October 8, just three weeks before their opening tie against France in Canberra.
"There will be some tough decisions regarding selections for the final 24 as there is competition for places across the board," said McCormack.
"We have a good mix of established players plus a few new names who have expressed the desire to join up with us.
"At this stage the players need to keep playing well, keep fit and healthy and put final selection in their own hands by the form they show."
Scotland's second pool match will be against Fiji at Central Coast's Bluetongue Stadium on November 5.
