First-half tries from Arnaud Pic and Jordan Beaulavon and eight points from Alexandre Douvesy's boot proved enough for the visitors at Stade André Moga.
Bordeaux-Begles, who have now lost all three of their matches in the competition, scored a try in the 35th minute through full-back Darly Domvo, which was converted by Lachie Munro, who also kicked a pair of early penalties.
But Bealuvon's try just before half-time gave Mont de Marsan a lead they did not surrender, Douvesy sealing the result with a 69th-minute penalty, the only scoring act of the second half.
