Qualifier Tamira Paszek produced a superb battling display to beat Bethanie Mattek-Sands and claim the Bell Challenge in Quebec. The Austrian was forced to save two set points in the opening set, while she came back from 3-1 down in the decider before claiming a 7-6 (8/6) 2-6 7-5 victory. And the 19-year-old was thrilled to win the second WTA Tour title of her career. Paszek told sonyericssonwtatour.com: "Any time you win a tournament for the first time it's very special.
